Pacific Airlines has its daily flight between Danang and Hanoi since November 2005, giving domestic passengers an additional choice when flying between Danang and the capital, a route that had long been monopolized by Vietnam Airlines. Both carriers plan to convert this route to year-round regular scheduled service if this summer charter season proves to be successful.
