Vietnam visa requirements for Philippines citizens

Vietnam immigration policies regulated that Philippines tourists and businessmen do NOT need a visa to stay in Vietnam within 21 days. They just need to bring along with original passport, 2 photos and stamping fee to enter the country without providing approval letter or visa stamped on the passport.

Most citizens of foreign country are obliged to apply for Vietnam visa prior to arriving Vietnam except the citizens of Vietnam visa exempted countries.

Vietnam immigration patakaran kinokontrol na halos mga residente mula sa mga bansa ay dapat magkaroon ng Vietnam visa bago pagpasok ng Vietnam maliban sa mga mamamayan ng visa exempted bansa. Ikaw ay nalulugod upang suriin kung ikaw ay Vietnam visa exempted mamamayan o ikaw ay obligado sa Vietnam ay may visa o Vietnam pag-apruba ng sulat bago darating Vietnam. However, the Philippines citizens who is wishing to stay in Vietnam for more than 21 days, a Vietnam visa is required. Citizens of Philippines or those who are currently living in this country may apply for Vietnam visa by 2 options:

  • Getting a visa on arrival within 2 working days or just 1 or 2 hours by applying here. It's beneficial for those who is living in the country where there is no Vietnam Embassy located and they will arrive Vietnam by air
  • Getting a Vietnam visa from Vietnam Embassy or Consulate in Philippines and it takes 3 - 5 working days
