Vietnam visa requirements for French citizens

Vietnam immigration policies regulated that all French tourists and businessmen do NOT need a visa to stay in Vietnam within 15 days. They just need to bring along with original passport, recent taken photos to enter the country without providing approval letter for visa stamp.

From France, the applicants may apply for Vietnam visa by 2 options:

  • Getting a visa on arrival within 2 working days or just 1 or 2 hours by applying a visa online. It's beneficial for those who is living in the country where there is no Vietnam Embassy located and who arrive Vietnam by air (it is a must). See more how it works.

Applicants just need to provide the visa information by filling in the online application form with full name, gender, date of birth, nationality and passport number.
